ACCESSIBLE CAMPSITE
The Accessible Campsite is available to customers who require accessible facilities. By locating these facilities in one campsite we can ensure that they are serviced, cleaned and maintained regularly.
The campsite is located as close as possible to the arena and is staffed by the Access Team 24 hours a day throughout the event. Security personnel and stewards are also based on the campsite. We can't provide power to your tents, but we can recharge various batteries and equipment for you on request.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT OR CARER TICKET
We offer a complimentary carer/pa ticket when a full-priced ticket is purchased by a guest with accessible needs.
Please note we do not provide carer/pa tickets to parents/guardians of children under the age of 16. All children under the age of 16 require a responsible adult to accompany them to the festival and thus do not qualify for a complimentary ticket. Any Carer tickets purchased in error can not be refunded.
It is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation in your application for a carer/pa ticket as evidence of your requirements. Please include your booking reference and a photo/scan of one of the following documents with your application:
PIP (Personal independence payment)
DLA – care and/or mobility
Letter from a medical professional
D/deaf or blind registration
The Access Card, Nimbus Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets
Blue Badge – permitted for parking only requests
Any submitted documents are securely destroyed post-event.

We may be able to permit you access to the accessible facilities; however, this will be at the discretion of the accessible camping management team.
PARTY SIZE
The accessible campsite is strictly prioritised to accommodate one guest and one carer per application. If you're coming in a larger group, you may request additional guests to camp with you; however, this will be looked at on a case-by-case basis, and no guarantees can be made that they will be allowed. We must put the needs of guests who need this service first.
You don’t have to camp on the accessible campsite to use the facilities, as you may want to camp with your friends and family. Please register to use the facilities and mention in your application that you only need to use the facilities and do not require an accessible camping pitch.
PITCH SIZE
We ask you to bring the size tent to accommodate the number of people staying in it. If you need to bring a larger tent, additional gazebo or similar, please let us know in your application.

As part of our promise to our customers and the desire to provide adjustments for all of our festival goers, our accessibility campsite will feature the following:
2 x medically trained staff on shift between 9am - 9pm.

Where possible, we always endeavour to make sure that the accessible campsite is located as close to the main arena as possible, with the most ease of access.
